Cardi: body done

Excuse my PJs! I was knitting away like crazy this weekend and the result is that the body of the cardi is done - just need to finish the pockets and add a border, of course. You can't see the nice curved edgeline here but it turned out just the shape I wanted. It's a touch too big but that will just make it more snuggly and easy to wear. Now to crack on with the arms..

Chunky cardi cast-on

Looky, I've finally stopped doodling/talking and actually cast-on for the chunky cardi. I always get on best when I just jump in there and give it a go.





After two failed attempts to try doing it bottom-up in sections, I realised I'll probably never knit a non-raglan sweater again. This one has a fold-down chunky collar built in which was an experiment that worked out quite well. Only cast on two days ago and I'm ready to split the arms and body already - good ol chunky knits.
