cashcotton ftw

okay, i retract what i said yesterday. this yarn is knitting up into the most delicious soft and springy fabric, and only playing a little havok on my wrists. as you can see, it's becoming a shrug with yarn-over raglan increases and an arrowhead lace insert down the sleeves. it will cross over and tie at the front, and perhaps have a lacy border. i honestly don't think i'll ever knit a non-top-down-raglan garment again.

Oh, this is beautiful! I don't know if I'd be able to part with it. :)

That is so pretty! Would you write up a pattern for it?

That shrug is really pretty. I think the way you managed the increases is very elegant. l=^D I probably couldn't pull that off, but then agan, I'm a fairly intermediate-ish knitter.
